Introduction
Time goes by so fast that the things you’ve wanted to do for years can easily become the things you may never get to do. I’m here to say—that doesn’t have to be the case. It’s never too late to start.
This will be a short blog post, more of a reminder: life is too short to just give up.
Breaking Out of the Cycle
There are so many people in their 30s and beyond who feel stuck. They live life in a continuous cycle that plays on repeat, thinking they’ve done all they are capable of doing.
Wether its because of a tragic life event or living a life that pleases others rather than themselves.
I don’t want that to be the story told of you and I.
The Perfect Time to Begin

I hope this reaches you at the most pivotal time of your life, as you step into your next chapter—whether that’s school and continuing your education, advancing in your career, or building your skills in a hobby you’ve always wanted to try.
They say September through December has the craziest turning points of the year, and I can confirm—that can be true.
So if there’s something you’ve always wanted to do, now is the time. There’s no better time than the present.
Light at the End of the Tunnel
Even if things seem to be crumbling down around you—when you feel like you’ve hit rock bottom and are in a darker place than ever before—remember: there is still light at the end of the tunnel. And you do have the strength to reach it.
Society tends to put labels, restrictions, and expectations on everyone. But sometimes, those are meant to be broken—because they don’t apply to every person, and they don’t define you.
Different Lives, Different Starts

I didn’t grow up very involved in activities outside of school. Most of the things I’ve started doing now are things I discovered on my own once I was old enough to research and explore my interests.
We all live different lives with different families, cultural norms, and financial circumstances.
Some people may say those who got a “jumpstart” in life—through lessons, sports, trust funds, or college savings—are more privileged. And in some ways, that’s true.
But then we hear stories, whether on social media or in real life, of those same people who had those opportunities and still ended up resenting them, or struggling because they started too young.
The truth is: no matter when or how you start, one thing is certain—you started. And that is the most valuable thing.
My Story: Dance
For me, that passion has always been dance. Since I was young, I loved watching dance shows—Dance Moms, Bring It—really anything revolving around the stage and performing.

Sometimes, I wish I had started dance when I was little instead of at 15. Maybe I would have been more skilled, more on par with other advanced teens my age. Maybe I could have competed like I dreamed of, instead of being stuck in a beginner recreational class with younger kids.
But then I think about it differently. If I had started younger, would I still love it the way I do today? Or would I have burned out, grown tired of it, and quit?
That’s why I live by the saying: “Everything happens for a reason.” It’s been my mantra for years, and it will even be my senior quote.
Divine Timing
Everything will work out the way it’s meant to be. No matter the circumstances, things will always align in your favor and in divine timing—as long as you continue looking in the direction you want to go.
So I hope this encourages you to take on whatever dream you feel is impossible to accomplish—whether because of your age, health, finances, family, or friends.
Just try. You might be surprised how far you can go, even starting “late.” Because everyone is on their own timeline.
There is no race. There is no “standard.”
There is only you—and who you want to be.
Don’t wait just start, my fellow anomalies. Stay Anomalous. Signing off…
